    Scott was super helpful in choosing our water Softner company. It has definitely made a difference in our water. And Scott made process very seamless. We shopped around to many companies and glad we went with puroserve.

    Scott Lynch was amazing from start to finish! Explained what we’d be getting clearly and made sure we had the size system we need (there are six people living here, so a lot of water usage.) The price for Puroserve vs. The other two companies was much better. Scott also check back with us twice after installation and after about a month of service to make sure we were happy with their service. First class experience all around!

    We just bought new construction in Santa Clarita. Scott Lynch is my area representative and he hooked me us up with the first 30 day trial for free. He was super nice, and went the extra mile to earn my business. Also, he really took the time to explain everything. We are very happy with puroserve and the awesome water quality we get. When i was a kid we had to use the old school salt bags and fill it up, but with puroserve you get nice soft water with no mess or fuss and it preserves the life of all my appliances! Thanks Scott!

    Great service and very pleased with the results so far. Scott helped us get set up and create our new account, and Danny was the tech who came to install the unit. Both were helpful and quick, and we are really loving our soft water!

    They are like family! The don’t try to oversell you, only what they feel you need. A family business, Jim & his Dad, John are such nice people too. I’ve been a customer since the 70’s for their water softener service. And because I have been with them that long, they even adjusted the monthly fee for me, and when they told me that, I got so emotional with gratitude. How often does anyone go out of their way to make a customer happy ? Who does that anymore? They are the best!! Don’t hesitate to hire them, and use their products, good, honest, hard working company. You won’t be sorry… p.s. no I’m not a relative… 🙂

    We have had whole-house water systems at our homes for over 40 years. A company we used for decades went out of business. Right before using Puroserve, we followed a friend’s advice and used another brand (the name starts with a “K”) and were were unhappy almost from the start. After one year, we gave up and replaced the system with a Puroserve system and the difference was incredible from the start. The Puroserve installers were professional and did terrific work. It was as if they were installing something that everyone would see every day as the plumbing truly was a work of art — clean solder welds, straight pipes, properly-aligned clamps, etc. We have loved the water from the system (it’s a two-tank system, with filtration and softening) as well as from the reverse-osmosis drinking water under the sink (we don’t use an ice maker but if we did, it would be been plumbed to there, too). The funny thing — the Puroserve system was almost the same price as the prior system that we tossed out but it was night-and-day ahead of the other in terms of materials’ quality and the water coming from the system.
