We have had whole-house water systems at our homes for over 40 years. A company we used for decades went out of business. Right before using Puroserve, we followed a friend’s advice and used another brand (the name starts with a “K”) and were were unhappy almost from the start. After one year, we gave up and replaced the system with a Puroserve system and the difference was incredible from the start. The Puroserve installers were professional and did terrific work. It was as if they were installing something that everyone would see every day as the plumbing truly was a work of art — clean solder welds, straight pipes, properly-aligned clamps, etc. We have loved the water from the system (it’s a two-tank system, with filtration and softening) as well as from the reverse-osmosis drinking water under the sink (we don’t use an ice maker but if we did, it would be been plumbed to there, too). The funny thing — the Puroserve system was almost the same price as the prior system that we tossed out but it was night-and-day ahead of the other in terms of materials’ quality and the water coming from the system.
Your service technician, Victor, came to my house today for a service call. He was incredibly polite, professional, courteous and, most of all, helpful. A truly wonderful customer experience!
We had drinking water systems installed with hot and cold coolers at 2 locations in our business. The water is great, we were able to remove a whole wall of bottles that we had to store and utilize that space. I could’nt be happier. And we are saving a pretty penny.
I can’t say enough about these guys! For a home, we have a moderately complicated water system that Puro serve installed and manages. Anytime I have a problem they’re able to send a tech out immediately and I always have questions which they kindly answer in layman‘s terms. Tonight I had a problem installing a new cartridge in my instant hot and I texted John, the owner of the company. He immediately called me and walked me through what I needed to do to fix my problem. And of course, he was right and it was successfully fixed! Two GIGANTIC thumbs up to Puroserve!
My wife and I just purchased the whole home filter system with the bolt on soft water system and we also purchased the water alkalizer for drinking water. I can’t even begin to describe the difference this system has made in my life; to begin, I suffer from end stage renal failure. For those of you that go through this dreaded disease there’s so many side effects you think there’s no possible way anything can help. For one, pervasive body rashes and itching are a predominant side effect when the kidneys are failing. The combination of filtrated water and soft water have made my skin soft, my rashes all but disappear and the itching minimized. The drinking water piece has not only given me more energy, my kidney numbers, in some cases appear to be getting better. Admittedly this is not a cure for kidney disease but it certainly makes the journey a lot more pleasant. I can’t think of the guys at Puroserv enough. Bless the day that John Foley came in my life. John, Jimmy, Danny, Tony, and the rest were awesome in installing our water softener. Customer service was top notch and the unit is working flawlessly. I can’t thank them enough.
I needed parts and technical help for my existing system. When I called John at Puroserve, I found him to be very knowledgeable, extremely polite, very professional, direct and honest. He showed me that honest and caring people still exist.

We have been using Puroserve for water softening for years with excellent service and products. We recently had a problem with our hot water tank and John and his team took care of it as quick as possible! We received service I quite honestly haven’t received in this industry or any other industry for that matter in over 25 years!!! It’s a breath of fresh air to see a company still operates with such quality and integrity which is unparalleled today! We will trust Puroserve with all our future water needs! Thanks to John and the Puroserve team!
Had a skipped delivery. John contacted me upon seeing poor review. I am hoping for smooth service going forward, as I rely on this soft water to protect my fixtures and tankless water heater from expensive scale damage.
